Our focus is on all attendees learning practical ways to improve their overall health and wellbeing whilst also bonding, as a team, in a peaceful space away from the workplace.

    Fulham FC

    Fulham FC Under 18s spent a Player Care Day with us. The morning workshops covered Communication, Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing. Being a very fit group, the boys then took on some fitness challenges on the fields before lunch. In the afternoon, we headed off for a session of white water rafting to round off the day!

    Mayesbrook Park School

    The staff from Mayesbrook Park School enjoyed a varied day. Their morning was full of learning, with interactive workshops covering Nutrition, Mental Health and Physical Fitness. After a super-healthy lunch buffet, they took part in some fun team building exercises on the grounds – with each attendee also enjoying their well earned pamper treatment.

    ARC Group London

    The team from ARC Group London enjoyed a varied day of learning and fitness. Their morning began with a Nutrition workshop which was followed by a seminar focused on managing stress both within and outside of the workplace. Their afternoon activities included fitness drills and some friendly team competitions – finishing with a Yoga session.

    Leyton Orient FC

    Leyton Orient FC Academy players had an unforgettable day with us! The team enjoyed taking part in a Digital Detox workshop in the morning before some practical learning around Nutrition. After a lunch break and time to socialise, the group then took part in some off-the-ball team bonding exercises around the grounds. Their wellbeing day was rounded off with some quizzes based on what they had learned throughout the day.
